Right to Information

If the user decides to register in our job pool, the data that will be requested is strictly necessary to achieve the purpose of our website which is to facilitate communication between IMED HOSPITALES and the candidates, and to inform about offers, courses, scholarships and any other events aimed at improving professionally.

For this purpose, candidates will be required to send their resume, which involves providing personal data such as name, address, telephone, e-mail, education, profession, and other data which are necessary for our job pool's function. Its processing will be focused solely on the achievement of these purposes, always within the established regulatory framework.

Taking into account the state of technology, the nature of the data stored and the risks to which they are exposed, IMED HOSPITALES has adopted technical and organizational measures that guarantee the security of personal data and avoid its alteration, loss, unauthorized processing or access, REGULATION (EU) 2016/679 OF THE EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT AND OF THE COUNCIL of 27 April 2016.

The filling-in and sending of the IMED HOSPITALES electronic form at the time of registration implies the express consent of the candidate to the sending of electronic communications related to the employment sector.

By filling in the first form and submitting the data, the candidate declares to have read and expressly accepted this privacy policy included in the legal conditions of the Candidate, and gives his/her unequivocal and express consent to the processing of his/her personal data in accordance with the purposes and services provided by IMED HOSPITALES.

Likewise, candidates expressly authorize IMED HOSPITALES to access their personal and curricular data, in order to inform them of specific job offers suitable to their professional profile.

The personal data of our users are stored in a database owned by IMED HOSPITALES, which guarantees the appropriate technical and structural measures to ensure the integrity and security of the personal information provided.

The data collected will be processed in a lawful, loyal and transparent manner in relation to the specified, explicit and legitimate scope, purposes and services of IMED HOSPITALES.

Right to Objection, Correction and Updating of Data

The user has the right to access this information, to rectify it if the data is wrong and to deregister from the file. In the latter case, IMED HOSPITALES automatically loses the information.
